The answer is 2.
In Set up P, light reaches 20cm (sheet B), So that means Sheet A allows light to pass through.
However it does reach Sheet C, thus Sheet B does not let light pass through.
In Set Up Q, Sheet C is placed in front of B, and light reaches 30cm (where Sheet B is), this means Sheet C also allows light to pass through.
Light does not reach Sheet D in both set ups so we are not able to conclude if light can pass through.
