Forgotten my ray diagrams already, but I try my best nonetheless.
For part (a), the angle which I labelled x must be the same for both the incident and the emergent ray. This, however, is not the incident angle.
For part (b) (i), for the line on top passing through the origin, we continue the line on a straight path, and for the line below, once it cuts the 'vertical axis', we draw a horizontal line from there onwards.
Where the down-sloping line intersects the horizontal line, the 'x'-coordinates should be around 'F'.
For part (b) (ii), the middle line continues its path. For the top line, once it cuts the vertical axis, a downward line will be drawn passing through F. For the bottom line, once it cuts the vertical axis, an upward line will be drawn passing through F. All three lines meet at F, where the image will be formed.
