Hi, I got the answer 8pm but the answer is 6pm. And is 12-hour expressed as 08 00 or 8.00 pm? Thanks a lot.

1500=3pm in London is 2200=10pm in Singapore.
The difference is 7 hours.
If she made a call at 1300=1pm in Singapore, reverse 7 hours backwards, it will be 0600=6am in London.
Therefore, the answer is 6am.
12 hour format is 1 to 12, however 24 hour format is 13 to 24.
