For every 7 questions, 2 were answered incorrectly. So the other 5 questions were answered correctly.

Points awarded = 5 x 4 marks for each correct answer - 2 x 2 marks for each wrong answer

= 20 marks - 4 marks
= 16 marks.

So this means for every 7 questions, 16 marks were scored.

Since she scored 128 marks,

128 ÷ 16 = 8

There were 8 sets of 7 questions.

8 x 2 = 16

A total of 16 questions were answered incorrectly.
