Ratio now : 2 : 5
Difference = 3 units

Ratio 14 years later = 5 : 9
Difference = 4 units

The difference in their ages will always be the same. So we should make the units the same.

2 : 5 → 8 : 20
Difference = 12 units

5 : 9 → 15 : 27
Difference = 12 units

27 - 20 = 7
15 - 8 = 7

So there is an increase of age of 7 units.
7 units = 14 years
1 unit = 2 years.

Use this to find Siti's age now and then the required answer (not sure 5 or 6 years ago as the picture is not very clear)
