After doubling , Tank C had 4 units of water. So before doubling , Tank C would only have 2 units of water.

Then the ratio would be 1 : 3 : 2
Total = 6 units

After removing water from A and adding to B, volume of water left
= 2830ml - 180ml + 110ml
= 2760ml

2760 ml = 6 units
1 unit = 2760ml ÷ 6 = 460ml

It should be easy to get answer from this step.
