perimeter = curve of large quarter circle + 4 x ½ curve of smaller semicircle
= curve of large quarter circle + circumference of 1 smaller semicircle
Area of shaded part
= Area of large quarter circle - area of large right angled triangle
= Area of large quarter circle - ½ x 14 x 14
(You can fit the two curved shaded areas in the smaller semicircles into the inner curves of the larger shaded area)
