The fly would have moved constantly at 75 km/h throughout, irregardless of the number of times it changes direction (we assume that the fly does not take any time to change direction, unlike for example, 4 x 10 m shuttle runs where we need to slow down and take time to change direction).

The trains would have travelled 50 km each before the collision, and this occurs one hour later. The fly would have always moved at this speed for one hour.

So the fly must have travelled 75 km in this duration.
