2by = b(2y)
AR = 2y
DP is common for the left two rectangles. Factorise like as shown above to get your answer.

Rectangle ADPQ shares the same length (DP, RT, AQ) but different height (AR, DR). Hence, you factorise the area of ADPQ and find the length and the 2 different heights of the respective rectangles DPTR and RTAQ.
