Upper primary boys = 9 units
Upper primary girls = 7 units

Difference = 2 units

Since number of lower primary boys and girls are equal, difference between total number of boys and girls = 2 units.

Now there are 10% more boys than girls.

Total number of boys → 110% → 11 parts
Total number of girls → 100% → 10 parts

Difference = 1 part = 2 units

So now you can find the number of lower primary boys in terms of units.

Then you can find the required ratio.
