The age gap is 56-4=52. If you want the uncle's age to be 5x as many as sam's, the differnce will be 4 units (in model), so technically 4 units = 52 years. Therefore, 1 year=13 years. If sam is 4 now, 13-4=9, 9 years later, his uncle will be 5x his age.
