When talking abt chromatography, don't use the term impurity, but no you don't have to. Just state which athlete is cheating, specify the usage of which drug athlete number __ is using. Then state that athlete number __&__ are not cheating.
Your focus is the "drug used by each of the four athletes", so it's not necessary to talk about the other solutes.
