a)
Angle POR = Angle QOR since the two triangles are congruent as stated.
POQ = 138° = QOR + POR = 2 QOR
So QOR = ?
once you find QOR, use trigo to find QR since you have a right angled triangle.
b)
perimeter is just QR + PR + sector POQ. The sector can be calculated using formulas you've learnt. as for PR, it is intuitive
