We recently learn integer mix operations and i seriously doesnt know how to do this

1. Order of operations apply as usual (brackets, then times and divide, then plus and minus).
2. Two minuses multiplied together become positive. For example, in this case, -15 x -3 = 15 x 3 = 45. This included -(-6) = 6 where the two minuses just cancel each other out.
