Part (a) is to recogise that 135 degrees out of 360 degrees means that the sector takes up 135/360 of the entire circle. The area of the whole circle must be 96 cm2.
For part (b) area of triangle formula given two lengths (here, both lengths are radii) and the included angle is used.
For part (c), we can also approach the question by considering major sector AQB + triangle OAB.
