draw a model to help you visualise

then get 2 equations because you have 2 unknowns - you need 2 equations to solve for the unknowns

once you solve the simultaneous equations, you will need to calculate the % of egg tarts (E) by dividing the number of egg tarts (E) over the total number of tarts
