since triangle RPQ is an isosceles triangle, angle RPQ = angle PQR because isosceles states that the two sides of the triangle are equal. Hence, since angle PRQ = 180-140=40 (angle on a line forms 180 degrees), angle RPQ= (180-40)/2 = 70 (angle sum of triangle)
