a) H3PO4 + 3NaOH -> Na3PO4 + 3H2O
b) Na2HPO3, NaH2PO4
C) Assumption: only sodium phosphate exist with no other possible salts exist. I will evaporate the water to obtain the crystal salt. After that wash with minimal amount of dry ethanol to dissolve and remove the impurities. Sodium phosphate has low solubility in ethanol.
