Remember,rule of the thumb,the normal line of a tangent to the circle at any point of the circle's circumference will always cross the centre coordinate..This also works with a chord inside a circle...

Alternately,to find the radius with a shortest way possible is to minus the y-coordinate of the highest point to it's centre...There you'll have 5 units... :)
