I'm guessing u are not sure what the " ' " means. It just means differentiating the function. ie, h'(x) means the 1st derivative of the function h(x), h''(x) means 2nd derivative and so on. For part b, remember to apply chain rule

Fyi, this notation of derivative is called Lagrange's notation
The dy/dx notation is called Leibniz's notation
Both mean the same thing
