Take it as men have 5 units and women have 4. Since it says "than women", women are your base of 100%. Men thus have 125%(5 units). (270/9) gives you 1 unit. *5 for 5 units

Since you are given the "link" between the number of men and women you can set one of it to be an unknown and come out with an equation to solve it :)
