From the 2nd Model:
3 units is equal to 16kg
So 5 units is equal what he has left after selling on Monday which is 26 2/3kg

(*Weights can be in fractions. Remainders in divsion contribute to fraction)

From 1st Model:
2 units is equal to 26 2/3kg (the balance from Monday)
3 units is equal to what he had before which is 40kg

(*becareful on cancellations during multiplucation and division in fractions)
