Square means all four sides are equal. And hence if two rectangles are identical then the length will be equal. Which makes 2 L of the rectangle = one side of the square. (2a = 1b)

Since one area of the rectangleis 32cm2 then two would be 64cm2. Since the area of the square is 64, you can find that one side of the square will be 8cm .

Then you will be able to find the length of the rectangle.
Then sum up all the sides of the square to get the perimeter, which is
4+4+8+4+4+8= 32cm
