You've already proved the first part, so for the second part just let those numbers in the surds be equal to the 2r + 1 (leftside surd) and 2r + 3 (rightside surd)

You will find out what is r for each of the fractions. So sub it into the expression you alr proved. Eventually you will see that some terms cancel out and you will arrive at the answer in the form required by the question.
