Let x be the average number of paper planes folded.

Now we know that Class 6D folded 3 more than the average.

So number of paper planes folded by Class 6D = x + 3

Total number of paper planes folded = 4x

Total number of paper planes folded
also= x + 3 + 40 + 30 + 20
= x + 93

x + 93 = 4x

3x = 93

x = 31

So total number = 4x
= 4 x 31
= 124
