Let n represents the figure no.

No of circles = 4n-3
No of triangles = 4n^2

When n=9,

No of circles = 4(9)-3 = 33
No of triangles = 4(9^2)= 324

4n-3 = 113
4n = 116
n = 116/4 = 29

Therefore figure 29 has 113 circles.
