Hi Jo, I dont think I can simplify the first few parts on expressing the amount of sand in the boxes after each step.

For the last part, I actually made use of calculator to solve for the values A, B and C.
If you are not taught on that, you can alternatively use "substitution" to solve for the values, which will take up more steps.
