Is sin^(-1)X equal to (sinX)^(-1)?

I did another differentiation question where tan(^4)X can be represented as (tanX)^4 so that i can differentiate it.

Sin^-1 X is actually a function named arc-sine X. This is not equal to (sin x)^-1. Sin^2 x = (sin X)^2 because this is sine X to the power of 2 and not a function.

yea bro like what the commentor said sin inverse (sin^-1(x)) is different from (sinx)^-1=cosec (X). its easily confused and that was what my teacher kept warning me about too
