= 1/2 x 16cm x 8cm
= 64sqcm
Area of triangle ABX
=1/2 x 16cm x (8 + 4)cm
= 8cm x 12cm
= 96sqcm
Unshaded area
= (96 - 64)sqcm x 5
= 32sqcm x 5
= 160sqcm
= 1/2 x 16cm x 8cm
= 64sqcm
Area of triangle ABX
