Question wants you to find cross sectional area of the water.

Given that you managed to calculate 100cm³ for the whole cross sectional area, you already know how to find the radius.

So to find the shaded area, find the angle O (angle between the 3 cm dotted line and PO) of the right angled triangle using trigo.

∠ POQ is twice that angle. Then use this to find the area of the sector POQ.

Lastly ,subtract the area of the triangle POQ from it to get the answer.
