1st
1) find out how many circles he can cut vertically by dividing 220 by 30 (diameter of circle). 2) multiply together the amount of circles he can vertically with the amount of circles he can cut horizontally to find out how many circles he can cut in total on one side of the cardboard.
3) since the cardboard has 4 sides, multiply that answer by 4 and you will get 84.
