Find the length of the wooden board first.
= 59.2 cm + 2 x radius of circle
= 59.2 cm + 2.9 cm + 2.9 cm
= 65 cm

Distance between 2 walls
= 11.2 m
= 11.2 x 100 cm
= 1120 cm

So, for the skateboard to move to the other wall and touch it,

Distance travelled by skateboard

= Distance between 2 walls - length of skateboard

= 1120 cm - 65 cm

= 1055 cm

Distance travelled by each wheel in
one complete revolution

= circumference of the circle

= 2 π r
= 2 x 3.14 x 2.9 cm
= 18.212 cm

Number of complete revolutions

= Distance travelled by skateboard
÷ distance travelled by 1 wheel in one complete revolution

= 1055 cm ÷ 18.212 cm
= 57.9288381
≈ 57 (nearest whole number)

(Note : the answer is not 58 as the last revolution was not complete. So only 57 complete revolutions were made by each wheel)

Note: "full revolution" = "complete revolution"

Hope this helps.
