It helps to draw a diagram, then express the desired vector in terms of known vectors

Hey thanks for the help! But shouldn't OX be OC + CX instead??
Yep! And since CX and OD are opposite sides of a parallelogram, the vectors CX and OD are parallel, and hence equal vectors. Addition of vectors is usually intuitive, so this explanation might not be necessary in your answer, but do check with your teacher!
