I used guess and check for this to be sure that i have gotten the answers.

I first find how much Mary had saved from Monday to Friday and Saturday to Sunday.

From there, I total it up for week 1.

I went to find how much she will saved for 4 weeks.

From there, I went to find for 8 weeks, $88 is close to $91 so I added another $11 however it did not hit $91 instead it hit to $99.

So I slowly added $0.60 (5 times) to $88.
You can also see it as, $99 take away $8(sat and sun’s savings)
