so basically, an angle bisector bisects the angle into two equal halves.

to do that, first put your compass at point B, and draw a curve that runs through both line AB and line BC. (labelled 1)

afterwards, at the point where the curve meets the line, put your compass there and draw a curve inside. (labelled 2) do the same for the other point.

then, draw a line from angle ABC to the point where the curves inside meet. (line drawn in pink). that is the angle bisector for angle ABC.

hope it helps! try to do the same for angle BCD then when the other 'pink' line meets the pink line already drawn, you have your answer. jiayou! :)
