explain
consider 1 - ³⁄₁₁ = ⁸⁄₁₁
1 - ⁷⁄₁₂ = ⁵⁄₁₂
1 - ⁵⁄₆ = ¹⁄₆ = ²⁄₁₂

since ⁵⁄₁₂ > ²⁄₁₂ ,
so ⁵⁄₆ > ⁷⁄₁₂

similarly ⁸⁄₁₁ > ⁵⁄₁₂ ,
thus, ⁷⁄₁₂ > ³⁄₁₁
