Fraction addition
Let’s say Ax = 1 unit
3/5 Ax = 3/5 unit
1 unit + 3/5 unit = 1.3/5 unit
1.3/5 unit is a mix fraction so we convert it to improper fraction 8/5
So 1.3/5 unit = 8/5 unit
Example
1 + 1/2 = 1.1/2 or 3/2
1 + 3/5 = 1.3/5 or 8/5
