Hope this helps. Strongly believe that the answer key is wrong for the second derivative to determine the max/min for stationary point.

Answer key to Qn 5 part (iii) is wrong. Answer to the nature of root should be “minimum value” (not “maximum value”), as after substituting the value of x into the second derivative results in a positive value.
