Hmm. Primary schools do not learn simultaneous equations. They only learn simple algebraic expressions and that's at P6 :)

Why apologise when it's the correct answer? Am just pointing out that the method is not appropriate for the level :) From what I see in my few days here, most questions are at Primary level.

When comparing B to A, every unit of B is 1 more than unit of A.

So each unit of A + 1 reminder will be equals to one unit of B

Since there are 5 remaining, then there should be 5 units of B
