Part a) is incorrect. It should be
5 x 4 x 2 = 40
5 x 10 x 2 = 100
4 x 10 x 2 = 80
Total painted area = 40 + 100 + 80 = 220
As for part c),
The corners have 3 sides painted.
The cubes on the surface but not at the edges have 1 side painted.
Only the cubes at the edges have 2 sides painted.
You should get 52.
