60% (24pencils) therefore is not red. 20 do not have erasers. Therefore 4 are not red and without eraser?

1st
First calculate the number of pencils without eraser then find the number of red pencils without erasers. The number of red pencils without erasers is included in the number of pencils without erasers. Thus minus off the number of red pencils without erasers would give us the number of pencils without erasers tat are not red
