69 paper + 36 plastic = 105 bookmarks
at first.

Number of plastic bookmarks didn't change.

If 36 plastic bookmarks is now 20%,

36 → 20%

100% → 36 × 5 = 180 bookmarks
She now has 180 bookmarks.

180 - 105 = 75

Her father gave her 75 bookmarks.
