For parallel
Let Ra be resistance of resistor A and Rb be resistance of resistor B and Rf be resultant resistance
1/Ra+1/Rb=1/Rf
Let Rb be the 15 ohm resistor
1/Ra+1/15=1/5
(Ra+15)/15Ra=1/5
Ra+15=3Ra
2Ra=15
Ra=7.5ohm
