From a practical point of view, having two (essentially multiple set ups) of the same set up will help to account for any experimental errors and increase the precision of the experiment.

Think about this, if two same set ups placed at the same environment (experimental conditions) were to produce different outcomes, then more work would need to be done to account for these anomalies. If there are no differences, the results would be more precise and reliable.
