2 minutes, 6 minutes and 4 minutes, the common multiple is 12. So if the full tank is 12 units, in 1 minute, tap x will fill up 6 units, tap y will drain out 2 units and tap z will drain out 3 units. Tap z takes 4 minutes to drain out a full tank, so in 1 minute, it will drain out (12 units/4) = 3 units.
