I also didn't understand c
first i change it to base 3, so it becomes log 3 81 / log 3 3y^2. I think this is trivial. the top part will just be 4. if log 3 y = n, it means 3 to the power of n equals to y. the rest is just indices, refer to the bottom right for derivation.
log 3 y = n means 3 to the power of n = y
Can you send me with more detailed working for b and c
