1. Find out angle CDB
CDB=180-CDE
CDB=180-110=70
2. Remember that ABCD is a rhombus, so line CD= line CB, hence triangle CDB is an isosceles triangle. Finding out angle BCD will help you get the answer for angle BAD, as opposite angles in rhombus are equal.
BCD=180-CDB-CBD
BCD=180-70-70
BCD=BAD=40.
