Thinking 230÷107×100?I think my P6 daughter git this question in her CA1.

230 inclusive of 7% gst means that 230 is 100% plus 7% , having a total of 170%. So this means that 170 units is 230. Find one unit, then find original which means 100%.

here’s the answer, so 230$ is inclusive of 7% GST so you only need 100% instead of 107%
That’s why you take 100 divided by 107 x 230 to get 100%
