Perimeter of a square = 28 m
Square contains 4 equal sides.
Each side of the square = 28/4 = 7m.

Area of square is side x side
Since, each side is 7m ; 7 x 7 = 49 m^2
Answer: 49 m^2

(a) Perimeter is of the square is 32 m. Similarly, you divide 32/4 because it is a square garden. Answer is 8 m.

4 sides of square, each same length.
Perimeter the length all 4 sides, it is not the same as area

to find area you take two sides of the square -- length x breadth and you multiple them.

therefore 7^2= 7x7= 49m^2
