Ellipse question. Would like to know how to determine its a vertical or horizontal ellipse as this one is supposedly vertical but idk why or how it’s a vertical ellipse

Oh I see, I guess so. I actually tried doing CTS on that many times and I got it wrong so many times as well. Thanks! Also, would it be safe to say that if _x^2 is more than _y^2 it’s a vertical and vice versa?
